Hi,

could you please help me with the circuit design on this TLV74310PDBVR part.

need to test and verify all the electrical parameters of this IC including PSRR,Dropout,quiescent current, enable pin ...

please suggest some design to verify all the parameters.

    Hi Bhuvaneshwari,

    Most of these can be measured with a simple circuit design such as what is used in the TLV73312PDQN-643 EVM. For PSRR we use a Bode 100 with a line injector, and for noise we use a spectrum analyzer + noise box. You will also need a PSU that can do force-sense measurements for the Iq and EN pin measurements.
