Do we have suitable solution can meet these spec as below?

1. 5v to 3.3v, Io = 3.5A, eff>93%
2. 5v to 0.95v, Io = 4.5A, eff>93%

    Hi Jimmy,

    The TPS628304 can be used for the 5V to 3.3V rail. You should be able to get more than 93% efficiency. The max current of the TPS62830x family is 4A.

    For the 4.5A rail, you could recommend the TPS62869 or TPS62870Z0. The efficiency will be a bit less than 93%.
