it is still not available. the process ended up getting complicated because some of the parts in the BOM are obsolete. I had to ask someone for guidance on the issue.

FYI we have ordered this part from T.I several times since 2019, and we just received 3pcs last week..... We really need to know they are CE. Thank you in advance for sorting this quickly.

thank you for that information. I know that we have a note in our BOM to replace obsolete parts with similar parts. I'm waiting for next steps from the EVM planners.

The BOM has been submitted and we're waiting for them to review it. the review should be done by the end of this week and the BOM generated by next week

I am sorry to chase again however i am a little concerned: This request is pending since the 31st of January. I would have thought that the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity would be available by now, but I have not heard back from you and the document is still now showing on T.I. 
Are we to understand that this product is not currently CE-certified?

Hey Chris, 

Unfortunately someone else had started the process to certify this EVM back in 2022, so I wasn't getting the emails to approve things. The EVM has a CE symbol printed on it, meaning that it did go through the approval process upon initial release.

Hi Juliette, I am sorry I am not sure I understand your email. You confirm it is CE marked, and we already knew this.

It is exactly because it is CE-marked that we need the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity (aka CE/EU DoC).

Can you please provide it?

Do you need me to send you an example of the document so you can see exactly what we are after?

Hey Chris, 

All components on this EVM are REACH and ROHS compliant. I have not yet received the doc from the compliance team and the document shows up as still on-going the sign-off process
