Hi Team,

in TPS61089 boost is stated when EN is  low and VIN is present and above UVLO:

" Because of the body diode of the high-side rectifier FET, the input voltage goes through the body diode and appears at the VOUT pin at shutdown mode."

can you tell if it is the same with TPS61288L and/or TPS61178, TPS61379-Q1, TPS61378-Q1 ? 

Do you maybe have a recommended boost that don't have this efect?

Vin= 5V, Vout=12V, Ioutmin= 0.5A

    Hi d,

    It is the same with TPS61288L.

    For TPS61378-Q1 and TPS61379-Q1, they are true load disconnect and there will be no voltage at output side when EN is low.

    For TPS61178, it uses an external P-FET to implement the load disconnect function.

    TPS61378-Q1 is fit for your application as the current is not enough when using TPS61379.
