  What does the two settings effect ? If I do not need the Sink Power, Can I disable the PP3&PP4

Yes Disable PP3 ^ PP4 if Sink Power is not needed

2.Port1 settings-->Port Configuration-->TypeC Support Options

 What does this setting affect? And What does each option represent?

3.Port1 settings-->Transmit Sink Capabilities-->Number Valid PDOs

when I do not need Sink Function,Can i set to Zero

Set it to Zero. Ensure PortConfig TypeC State machine is set to Source only

4.Port1 settings-->Display Port Configuration-->Multi Function Preferred

What does this option mean?Can I check it?

Depends on the application. This option means that system prefers DP + USB3 to exist ( DP pin configurations B, D or F-a 2-lane DisplayPort with two lanes of USB3 (MFDP) connection)

Device 1 has two Ports contain Port1 and Port 2,Can I turn off Port2(0x24) separately?
