I was unable to find the lot trace code for this particular part. Where did you order from? The markings of this picture doesn't match the TI embossing.

We did Counterfeit testing on the parts as per AS6081 and the manufacturer is not TE but Unitrode hence the U on the chip. Unitrode parts have been used in the manufacturing of these parts from TI?

Unitrode was acquired by TI. Did you procure these parts direct from TI or from an Authorized TI distributor? If yes, please share proof of purchase. 

Hello Lorena, thank you so much for your reply. We did not purchase the goods from TE but from the open market, a supplier based in Singapore. The parts passed counterfeit and functional testing at a independent 3rd party Test house based in the US but the only doubt was on the DC. The testing was performed as per AS6081 A1-A6.

Thank you. Do you have any details regarding the marking information on the part? Is it possible to provide any documentation? The concern is parts do not show the 4 digits, unless showing only 2 digits is normal for this series.
