TPS3828: what‘s the TPS3828 own pulse width when WDI is Hi-Z

I am not sure what you mean by the pulse TPS3828 generates, I assume you are referring to the RESET timeout. When the WDI is not fed a pulse within the timeout period the RESET will be held low for the delay time of 200 ms (typical).
