Hi,

The BQ34z100-R2, BQ34z100-G1, and BQ34z100 all use the same hardware. The only difference between the devices is the FW. If you would like to upload the R2 FW to the gauge, you can download it in the link below. I do not understand where the gauge is telling you that the gauge has the 34z100 FW on it.
