Hi Team,

Need your help to provide component baking info for MPN “UCC27524DSDR” with MSL value “2” & Max thickness “0.8”.

Our internal team said that they are worried on the baking temperature 40 degree Celsius will melt the tape and reel plastic.

Per our baking parameter we need to bake 3 days with 40 degrees Celsius. (0.8 mm thickness ; MSL 2).

Can you please help to check whether this temperature (40 degrees Celsius) is suitable for baking.

Hi Zeeshan,

Are you intending to do the bake test with the tape and reel on? Usually, this test is done out of the reel, so we unfortunately do not have data to know if the reel can handle that temperature.

What will your suggestion on baking of this part..??

What temperature would you suggest and for how many days..?

Also please let me know whatever you suggest it is with tape & reel or without.

Hi Zeeshan,

Our parts go through a bake test of 150C for at least 1000 hours for qualification. We do this outside the tape and reel.
