What sets the VDQ bit? It is set on the charge portion correct. What are the bits that I should look at to make sure I am going through a valid learn cycle? I have a few packs out of a lot of 100 that don't seem to want to 'learn" that is battery mode remains "6080". I discharge the pack, then fully charge the pack and then fully discharge the pack and then fully charge the pack using a battery analyzer.
