Hi,

We are using LP87562PRNFRQ1 regulator in our project. May I know after what time the device will shut down after the temperature reaches 130°C and 150°C (Thermal warning and thermal shutdown)? I want to know the same details for TPS62872Y4QWRXSRQ1 at 150°C and 170°C

    Hi Shishira,

    I do not see this time specifically defined in the datasheet, though there is a deglitch time for each of these defined in Table 7. May I ask why this timing is needed? These are both latching events, so once thermal shutdown temperature is reached (for the period of the deglitch time), the regulators will disable.
