I want to design a DC-DC Converter with isolation of about 220V DC with a power output around 3KW. The input stage is a PFC topology which gives an output of 400VDC. Suggest any suitable topologies.

Hello,
For 3 kW for a PFC input to a 400 V DC output I would recommend a phase shifted full bridge. This is due to it's capability to zero voltage switch for the most efficient design possible.
The following link will bring you to the UCC28950 phase shifted full bridge controller that you can use in your design.

The following link will bring you to the step by step design of a phase shifted full bridge using the UCC28950. There is even a link to an excel design tool in the application note that uses the same equations as is in the application note.
