BQ28Z610-R1: Min temp was -74 degree

Hello Sir:

We have a case which failure returned device which life time min temperature showed -74 degree.

Please refer below figure and schematic.

Is it possible to get -74 degree?

Can you let us know the possible reasons?

    Hi Statham,

    The minimum value of this parameter is -128 degrees C, however this seems like an unlikely situation.

    Can you please tell me the normal operating temperature range that this device is typically being used in?

    Also can you please tell me if R8 is a standard 10K resistor or a thermistor? If possible, can you please tell me where its placement on the layout is?
