PSPICE-FOR-TI: Not able to downlaod

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

Hi , 

I fill the request multiple time to download the PSPICE-FOR-TI but its neither approved or rejected. 

Can you please help me to download the tool.

    Hi Ganesh,

    Please try the following to update your profile before attempting the download.

    If you are getting an error 403, that's an issue on your side with firewall or anti-virus protection software. 

    login to ti.com directly (not from pspice registration page).

    Go to Account->Personal information and fill in the missing information (most likely the shipping address).

    Logout from ti.com, and go the pspice registration page and request again.

    Please let me know if this works, or if we need to dig a little deeper.

    I'll assume this worked (it's generally been effective). I'll close this ticket. If you are still having problems, please change it back to open.
