TPS2420 & UL conditions of acceptance

Hi

Looking at the UL file for the TPS2420 I can see that the IC itself will be reviewed against its "Conditions of Acceptance"  during an UL inspection of a product integrating the IC. 

Unfortunately this information is not public so, I cannot see whether there are any considerations I need to take care of and under which conditions (and in what ranges) are the IC ul approved? It is only stated in the UL report for the IC and the internal UL database for their reviewers.

Can TI please support me with this full information, so I will not first find it when my product eventually fail an UL inspection.
