BQ27427: Learning Cycle not starting with bqStudio

Part Number: BQ27427
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: EV2400, BQSTUDIO

I am attempting to initiate a Learning Cycle on a 3.7V 1.15Ah Lilon battery with bqStudio 1.3.124 through an EV2400 interface.

I set Design Capacity, Design Voltage, taper current, empty voltage, Dsg current threshold, Chg current threshold and Quit current according to cell datasheet as mention below:

  1. Design Capacity : 1150 mAh
  2. Design Energy : 4255 mWh
  3. Taper current : 104 0.1 Hr rate
  4. empty Voltage : 3100 mV
  5. Dsg Current threshold: 68
  6. Chg Current threshold : 115
  7. Quit Current : 46

I select "Manual Mode" for learning cycle, then set the termination voltage to 3100mV and Notify when Taper Current drops below 50mA , and click "Start." Then, I connect the load when prompted.

After Complete discharge, It starts with beginning and wait for 5 Hour relax time, but after that It never goes into the Charging State of learning Cycle and complete the learning cycle.

Did I miss a step or any configuration that need to be change or added?

Thanks.
