TPS61299: TPS612991 availability

Hi,

We are using 3.6V Lithium primary cells that are limited to 3-5mA at low temperatures (-40C) to charge supercaps upto 5.4V by a current limited boost circuit. The TPS612991 variant (limited to 5mA, true shutdown) seems very suitable for this, eliminating many components in our current circuit. Any idea if and when this version will come available?

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    We have RTMed TPS61299(1.2A) , TPS612994(100mA) and TPS612997(1.5A). For the TPS612991 there is no target date yet. Could you please help check if RTMed devices could be used here.
