TPS22917: Slow ON Pin Discharge Behavior

Hello, 

I am wondering how the TPS22917 responds to a slow discharge on the ON pin. If the ON pin is discharged over 1 second from 3.5V down to 0.35V, how will it behave? It is my understanding that the device will be enabled when the ON pin is above 1V, and disabled when the ON pin is below 0.35V, but the datasheet doesn't specify the behavior in between these thresholds. 

Is it problematic for the ON pin to slowly discharged on the TPS22917?
