I have a little battery type Lithium you may see below image its properties. 

I am searching its charging ic. I have search many but i did not reach yet.  May you share with me if you have know .

    Hello

    That low a charge current is difficult, limited number of devices.

    A couple of devices to take a look at:

    1.) BQ25155 - will support fast charge current down to 1.25mA.  This is a BGA and will need MCU control.

    2.) BQ25185 - will support fast charge current down to 5mA.  Device is standalone QFN

    3.) BQ25170 -- will support fast charge current down to 10mA.  Device is standalone QFN
