Hello Michael,
Below are the list of the typical applications where both devices can be used. It can definitely be used to power DDR and even LPDDR5 I/O rail which could requires 0.5V.
• Infotainment and cluster
• ADAS
• FPGA, ASIC, and digital core supply
• DDR memory supply
