BQ27427EVM: Abnormal SOC report from BQ27427

Part Number: BQ27427EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO

Dear sir,

I'm using BQ27427EVM to check relvant function.

And first I apply our exiting battery and related parameter is set via bqstudio as below.

After charging cycle and found the FullChgCap is 357mAh (383 Qmax) as StateOfChg=100, but actual capacity is over this value (~387mAh) of this battery is confirmed by our battery tester.

Could you let me know if this is reasonable?  Or which setting I need to modify?

In addition, some behavior of gauge during charging I obseved as below,

1. Sample 1625: the “True Remcapacity” is decreased to 273mAH from 308mAh at 85% SOC

2. Sample 2150: the “True Remcapacity” is increased to 79mAH from 28mAh at 10% SOC

3. Sample 2340: the “True Remcapacity” is suddenly changed to 339mAh and SOC update is abnormal (0% to 100%). Not sure if this is due to the voltage not reaching 3.0V (terminal) at this point.

As posted above, Is it related to usable capacity is misestimated by gauge?

Here I also upload the detailed log file for your reference. Please help me on it. Thanks.
