TPS25947: ILM pin capacitive loading

Hi Team,

We are designing a device with TPS259474ARPWR eFuse. Due to design constraints, the ILM signal travels through 2 FPC cables to reach the uP, which increases the parasitic capacitive loading on the pin above 50pF. Please suggest a possible solution to improve the same.

I was thinking if we add buffer in path it may help reduce capacitive loading.

Okay, we will update the layout as suggested and check it on proto boards. We are planning to add an opamp option with 2dB gain after the resistor to improve the drive strength and accuracy as the signal is found to be noisy.
