Part Number: LM5013-Q1
Hi, can I check my schematic and layout please? I need a 9-60V input with a 8.5V (Ignore the 12V comment on the sch) output with less than 1A current draw:

I have tried to minimize any loops as much as possible.
Thank you!

Hello Sir,
I have calculated your conditions and below are what I recommended for design:

And layout looks good to me, thanks~

Hello,
that is great, thank you!
what is the difference in using the larger Ra value? Also why do you need a voltage divider on EN? Won’t that just add sleep current when it’s not needed?
thanks!
Hello Sir,
EN divider resistors is not necessary for your design and you can directly tie EN pin to VIN.
Too small Ra can lead to higher FB injection ripple and this can cause Vout is higher than the value you set.
So I suggested increase Ra a bit.
Thanks
Colin
