We are validating a reference circuit for LM25069PMM-2 that was given to us by a customer.
Under the following conditions.
Could you please tell me if there is a problem with the FET?
I consider the following.
The power rating of the FET is less than 40W, so the power rating needs to be changed.
The SOA margin of the FET is also low, so it is better to replace it with a component with better SOA characteristics.
