Hi Farheen,

I'm FAE located in Taiwan and my customer would like to use this value to estimation of the thermal performance of a package. Are there any circumstances that would cause this value to be n/a?

Hello Jimmy ,

Yes because this parameter is irrelevant for this package. Because transfer of heat is normally towards pins not to the bottom. But for an estimation, you can use Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance.
