    Hello Magnus,

    I am not certain if we could create a spice model for you or how long it will take if I can get it initiated. The quicker way for you to obtain a spice model would be to use the "Modeling Application" option.

    Click Place -> PSpice Component -> Modeling Application and select POWER MOSFET. You can then take the data from the TPS1120 datasheet to fill in the MOSFET electrical characteristics and drop it into your schematic.
