Hi Expert

I have 2 problem with BQ34Z100EVM . (bqStudio Ver1.3.123)

1. I want to upgrade  firmware to version 0.16 which fix the instance current() always report zero issue.

But EV2400 show error message "No ack from device"

Is there anything need to check?

2. Chemistry Program fail issue (chemistry ver : 1074)

I want to program Chem ID 4118 but EV2400 show Error code = 1721 (checksum did not verify)

    Hey Kim,

    1. Update your version of BQStudio and try again.

    2. 1721 is an internal error related to mismatch in checksums. Check if there is noise on the communication lines.
    Use very short SMB cables kept away from other cables and equipment and try again.
