I copy/pasted you questions with my answer to each below:

1.  B32 are written "Current Transfer Turns Ratio". What should I write here? Is it the current transfer of the chart below?
   1. This is referring to the turns ratio of the current sense transformer. In the schematic, this would be T2, PA1005.100NL, which has a turns ratio of 100:1, so you would enter 100 in cell B32 of the Excel worksheet.
2. About ’B32 cell'. What should the chart below case input?
   1. In the case of the second diagram you posted, there is no current sense transformer used. In this case the current is sensed directly from a current sense resistor and you would enter "1" into cell B32 of the Excel spreadsheet.
