hi! I made a DC-DC using TPS61288LRQQR . when I put the EN pin low ,Vout=Vin-0.3 approximately, is it correct for it to work this way? shouldn't Vout be =0V when the EN pin is low?. the test I did are with Vin=3.7V, Vin=7.4V, and Vin=12.4V, the circuit should be with a Vin=12.4 (max 12.6V)and Vout=12.8
