Hi team:

my customer will use ucc28c44 in their solar system. they target to set a UVLO circuit to detect the high bus voltage, can you help to share some refer design for this case?

 tks!

 here are the details use case.

1. 680~1000Vin /0.15~0.25A input

2. UVLO voltage target to set as 680V. and device go into not working mode.

3.output 24Vin/150W.

    Allen,

    The PWM controller has it's own UVLO based on VDD. If the customer needs to add a line voltage sensing circuit with line UVLO, this would have to be designed according to their system requirements. There are many ways to accomplish this and for a discrete solution the basic components required are a comparator with hysteresis, a suitable voltage reference and a dedicated bias to keep the comparator active during whatever corrective action is assigned.
