UCC21520-Q1: Transient model is damaged

Part Number: UCC21520-Q1

Hello,

Good day.

Our customer said this transient model is damaged, they downloaded the file and found it can't be used.

Could you please help check if this file is ok, and could you give a instruction for using the model.

Thanks,

Yuhao

  • Hi Yuhao,

It's interesting - on my end, when I run the simulation with 1500V of common mode voltage, the output seems to break; however changing it to 1499V fixes the problem. 0V, 1000V, 1400V, 1499V, 2000V all seem to work fine.

Can the customer try this approach? I downloaded the transient PSpice model, opened the .opj file, changed the common mode voltage, and ran the simulation. I'm not sure why this is the case, will consult with my colleagues.

    Thanks!

    Vivian
