Hello,

My customer has some questions about TI's GaN solutions.

Q1. Is there a DC/DC solution with built-in GaN under 100A and input 24V?

Q2. Is there a recommended PWM controller for each GaN IC, LMG5200 and LMG3100R017? Please let us know if you have any.

    Hi JH,

    For a 24V converter, you could use our mid-voltage devices, the LMG2100R044, LMG3100R017, and LMG5200 will all work. Any of these devices will be able to be used under 100A, you can select the Rdson based on whichever current level your customer chooses.

    For the recommended controller question, there is not a specific recommended controller. Each of these GaN ICs include integrated gate driver and integrated level shifting so the high and low side signal can be provided without digital isolation.
