Hello,
Generally when a pin fails short to ground the device was failed due to electrical overstress. It will be either excessive current and/or voltage.
You had mentioned the LO pin is the only pin that is shorted to ground and the rest of the components are fine. Could you double check this by disconnecting the LO connections to any components driving it?

Hello,
I just wanted to make sure the FET was not pulling the pin to ground. It is very unusual that just a DRV pin fails.
Is the device out of circuit when you test it?
Do you have a schematic that I could review?

Hello,
I reviewed the schematic and was curious where the + 15 V comes from that powers the UCC25660?
Also you had mentioned that the LO pin is the only one shorted to ground. That does not mean that the other pins were not damaged.
There is an ESD diode on all of the pins that you can use to check to see if they were damaged. You can do a diode check from ground to all the pins to see if the diode or the connection to the device insides was damaged. You just need a meter with a diode check. You can compare a good device vs a bad device. A pin being open will be a sign of the pin being damaged.
