Thanks however we already have UCC23513EVM-014 in our portfolio and its CE/EU DoC in our record, all is fine for UCC23513EVM-014.

We just need the CE/EU DoC for UCC23514EVM. This part was recently added to our portfolio and we're missing the document.

I am sorry, I do not know what you refer to by "QSS 024-018" however if UCC23514EVM is CE marked (like UCC23513EVM-014 is, then the manufacturer (TI) has the obligation to draw the CE/EU Declaration. This obligation is expressed in all the CE directives, ROHS Directive 2011/65/EU included.

You can refer to Article 7.c and 7.d of the ROHS DIrective under "Obligations of the manufacturers".

We, Mouser USA, as the importer of record, have to hold a copy of the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity in our records for all CE products we offer to the EU marker. This obligation is also expressed in all the CE Directives, ROHS included. Ref Article 9.g of the ROHS Directive under "Obligations of the importers"
