BQ25723: BQ25723 Cannot charge when using 20V input with TPS656987DDH

Hi

The customer design a charging circuit with TPS65987DDH+BQ25723. Now when testing, they found that the BQ25723 cannot charge the battery when using the 20V input negotiated by the PD.

It has been tested that when the PD adapter negotiates a 15V input, it can charge normally. The charging voltage of the battery I use is 8.4V, and the PD adapter supports a maximum output of 65W.

When inputting 20V, it cannot charge regardless of whether the charging voltage is set to 3.5A or 5A.

Test VDDA=6.069V, VSYS=6.69V, configuration file of TPS65987DDH as below:
