Good morning, I'm considering to use the IC LM74700-Q1 in order to protect our battery-operated devices against accidental polarity reversal. Our device use 12Vdc battery, voltage can vary from 14 to 10 Vdc. The nominal current of the device is around 30A. I'd like to install a MOSFET N type on the positive input line. Could you advise me on a suitable MOSFET model, possibly one that does not require a heat sink. Thanks.
