TPS7A87: product recommendation

Hi，

Please recommend a product that meets the following requirements:

For 3.6V to 1.2-3.3V, current 500mA, PSRR requires 1-2MHz can have 50dB, Dropout at or below 200mV, the thermal resistance needs to be low, the theoretical loss can have a maximum of 1.2W.
