Hi team,

the changes in production mentioned in PCN 20231219015.1 seem to be not yet reflected in the datasheet, while for other parts of the PCN (like TPS737) there was a revision of the datasheet including the characteristics of the new part. Is there a timeline when the DS will be adjusted or is it already available?

Hello Jens,

The revised DS will be available on TI.com once we RTM the M3 suffix of TPS736. The timeline depends on the package, can you please specify the OPN?

Hello Eunize,

thanks for the feedback, specifically it is about TPS73601DRB in VSON8. Is there a timeline for this package yet?
Since the PCN says that 1st ship date is already March 20, will the new silicon only be in the M3 version, so that all non-M3 parts ordered after that date still come from the existing process?

Yes, we plan to release the M3 version of TPS73601DRB by the end of 1Q24.
