TPS2121: The TPS2121RUXR we are using now This chip has normal functions, but there is a problem: when we are powered by DC power supply greater than 13V, we are protected by this chip, is there any way to solve it? We require a maximum power supply range

Part Number: TPS2121

The TPS2121RUXR we are using now This chip has normal functions, but there is a problem: when we are powered by DC power supply greater than 13V, we are protected by this chip, is there any way to solve it? We require a maximum power supply range of 16V, which is very urgent and urgent, and we hope to give a solution as soon as possible!
Here's the schematic we have now

  • Hi Xiaofu,

Currently, the OV1 and OV2 resistor dividers are set up to disable each channel if it reaches 13V: 1.04*62.6/5 = 13V.

If you want the OVx threshold to be 16V, please use a top resistor close to 77kOhm, and for a threshold of 20V, please use a 96.1kOhm top resistor.

    Thanks,

    Patrick
