BQ75614-Q1: can we connect AFE RX & TX to the microcontroller with the level shifter?

Hello, I show the references connection in the AFE datasheet in this isolator is used. Can I directly connect or level shifter to the AFE RX & TX to the microcontroller.

Hello Kukdam,

Yes, you can connect RX and TX to the MCU using a level shifter. Refer to the BQ79614 EVM Guide. Specifically with how we connect the USB2ANY to the BQ device using the voltage level shifter.

I used the TXB0104PWR. pl review below schematic.

i have one more question, instead of TXB0104PWR i can used TXU0304?

Hello Kukdam,
I am only familiar with the BQ side of devices. However, as long as you are supplying 5V logic to the BQ device you should be able to use that level shifter.
