LM7481: Parallel MOSFETs on the DGATE & HGATE sides

Part Number: LM7481

I am using the lm7481 to provide an ideal diode setup. I'm having issues with the amount of current I'm trying to put through the mosfets. The mosfets are turning on very slow. Currently I have paralleled mosfets and I'm just wondering if the drive strength isn't good enough to drive four mosfets. If that's the case is there anything I can do for circuit design to help me? The mosfets I am using are IXTX400N15X4. Two in parallel on the HGATE side. Each one has it's own resistor and I currently do not have the snubber circuit on it for current limiting.
