BQ34Z100-G1: Internal NTC Pull down value of BQ34z100-G1

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ34Z100

Hi,

we build a test device to do automated tests of our BMS hardware therefore we simulate the battery cells as well as all NTCs. For BQ769X0 and BQ769X2 device we found all necessary values in the datasheet. For the BQ34z100-G1 we need to know the size of the internal Pull down resistor sitting on Pin11 (TS). The datasheet is only offering this information:

"When an external thermistor is used, REG25 (pin 7) is used to bias the thermistor and TS (pin 11) is used to measure the thermistor voltage (a pull-down circuit is implemented inside the device). The device then correlates
the voltage to temperature, assuming the thermistor is a Semitec 103AT or similar device."

Without knowing the pull down value we can not precicely simulate the external NTC. We try to measre it but it seems that the NTC is switched an therefore not on all the time. We could recalculate its value by putting the BMS into a climate chamber but this effort could be left if you can just tell us the value.

Thanks in advance.

Marcel
