Found TPS54383 as an alternate but the size is big(looking for 3x3mm or near to this).

Could you able to provide the alternate for SY8024.

Thanks for the recommendation. Could you able to suggest us the dual buck regulator with 3A and 2A/3A with maximum size 3x3mm.

Whatever you have suggested us 3A and 1A.

We don't have a higher current dual buck. Would 2 single rail devices work for your application? The TPS628303A is available in a 1x2mm QFN package. https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps628303.pdf

For TPS62442RQRR, Vin=3.9V, Vout1=1.1V/3A and Vout2=3.3V/1A.

Can I use this inductor value 0.68uF SRP0320-R68K. Kindly confirm?

Hi Devipriya,

There seems to be a problem with WEBENCH. The WEBENCH team is looking into it.

The operating conditions you have are valid conditions and the device should operate with no issues.

I have added the lab efficiency data for 1.2V and 3.3V outputs below. We don't have data for 1.1V. Only data for 1V and 1.2V outputs were measured.

VIN=3.9V, VOUT=1.2V, FPWM

VIN=3.9V, VOUT=3.3V, FPWM

Is there any other particular data you were looking for?

Hi varun,

Thanks for your quick experiment! Just for your notification still we are facing issue in webench tool.

We are planning to change

CFF1, CFF2 to 20pF

inductor to 680nH

Cout1, Cout2=2x20uF.

TI is recommending 10PF for CFF as showed in below image. Can you please confirm will there be any effect because of CFF value change.

Hi Devipriya,

The Webench error will take a couple more days to fix. I shall let you know when it is fixed.

There should be no problem using the passives you listed including the 20pF CFF.
