We are using the LMZ14202H in many automotive applications for many years.
Recently we found that there is a very high inrush current spike of approx. 11A with a duration of 100mS at startup.
This is with Vin 28V and it is not changing if the load is 0.5A or 0.05A.
s there any solution? This spike triggers a protection circuit in certain vehicle controllers.
