Hi All,

I have a question about TPS259241.

The capacitance of CINT is typically 70pF.


Please tell me the maximum and minimum values of CINT.
Or, by what maximum percentage will the value change?

    Hello Ishiwata San,

    This capacitor value is not characterized so providing the min-max range will be difficult. Is it very important for customer.

    Do they want this data to find the range of predetermined slew rate (i.e. no external dvdt cap case)?

    This can be calculated using the Ramp up time provided for open dvdt cap. For 0V to 11.7V, it takes 0.7ms to 1.3ms. So, the default slew rate should be around 9 to 16.71 V/ms. It will be lot closer to 11.5V/ms and variation will be lot less. This we calculated using data which includes lot of buffer/margins.
