Since the undershoot in the switching waveform of the TPS62175 is close to 1 V, I also measured it with EVM, but the result was the same.
The results were the same. I tested with no load and 350mA load.
As shown in the attachment, the GND line is as short as possible when measuring, but is it really that much?
Can you try to measure it there too?

Hi Ryu,
The below two periods of undershoots are very short. The subsequent SW waveform oscillation is caused by the oscillation of the inductor and parasitic capacitance during DCM. These are all normal phenomena. Thanks.

Here, a voltage above -0.3V was observed for about 50ns.
I asked how much time would be enough to say that this is not a problem since it exceeds the absolute maximum rating.
