Matte tin is used for terminal finish on TPS78512QKVURQ1 and TPS78533QKVURQ1.

Hi Ganesh,

HC devices are typically 4kV HBM and 2kV CDM. We don't have any data for this specific device however and are not going to perform testing at this time.
