BQ79718EVM-049: BQ797XX Application doesn't launch

Hello,

Unfortunately, I cannot launch the BQ797XX Application after the installation.

I followed the steps in the “Getting Started” Documentation until step 1.1.4.2 (BQ79718-Q1 GUI User's Guide)

The already in existence BQAutoEval-1.0.4 version (BQ79616, BQ79600) I can launch and it working fine.

For the installiation I used the „BQ797XX_2.0.3_installer_win (my Secure) “ instead of “BQ7971X_0.0.4_installer_win” (Getting Started manual).

Do I have to uninstall the BQAutoEval-1.0.4 version and make a reinstall of the BQ797XX Application or do I something else wrong?

    Christian,

    I do not know of any conflicts between the BQAutoEval software and the BQ797XX application. Have you uninstalled any other versions of the BQ797XX that exist on your machine and have you installed GUI Composer Runtime? If you have done those things you might try uninstalling BQAutoEval and reinstalling the BQ797XX Application.
