When the PF occurs, how could we wake up the Gauge IC ?

Hello Fabio,

I'm not sure what you mean here, can you please elaborate? When a PF occurs, the gauge does not go into power modes, please see the image below taken from the BQ28Z620 Technical Reference Manual.

Hi Jonny, the customer want to know how to recover BQ28Z620?

Like SW reset? SW PF clear command? Or HW reset? or any other condition.

Because I see data flash writing is disabled.

The 0x0029 command will reset the PF data flash. Please see the image below taken from the BQ28z620 TRM.
