TPS2521: Lower current limit part check

Hi team,

Customer is evaluating TPS2521 in their project. They like the Timer feature, that could let the current goes above limit for a setting blank time.

However their target limit current is 0.25A, so the TPS2521 min 0.5A current limit is larger than this.

Could you help check if any other part with ITIMER feature and could meet 0.25A current limit spec? The small package QFN or WCSP or any other small package is preferred.
